Yeah it will fit. It is going to cost some pretty serious bank though. I will not even try to quote what the figure was, but after I priced it out I said no way. I will spend my $$$$ somewhere else, like my new Brabus wheels

There are two different AMG exhausts available for the W211... the basic version has a single tip on each side of the car and is part of the AMG appearance package. The other version is for the E55 and has dual twin tips.

I retrofitted the dual single tip AMG cat-back on my E500, if you want more info just search the archive for my post which I believe has part numbers and prices. The stock rear bumper has to be cut away to fit the tips unless you want to purchase a new matching cover.

Some caution about Wald kits, I have heard peole with it complain about them, they do not fit correctly and need modifications usually mounting holes are misaligned or missing and other fitting issues that need a lot of work to fit. As with most Japanese bodykits they are made of fiberglass which is very brittle.

Thanks for the infor. My friend told me the same. He tells me to go with AMG, Carl..., Brab.....etc. The fitments are much better. But..... I want to look different...... That is why I run on Maya STM 20's.....
