I can't wait till Thursday night as it will be the first time I see the new E Class in the metal!!

It is released to MB customers in dealers on that day.

Will try to take photos if my camera is fixed in time,but it's not looking good.

NOTE: If anyone else is going to the release at their dealership around the country,please take your camera and post pictures for all.

My E is on the first shipment, but it's under my mother's name and she is curently overseas for 1 months!!!!!

It's nice to see that the price has been reduced by a few thousand AUS$ for the 320 over the old W210 (even though you have to add on the price of the previously standard sunroof).

But the price of the E55 has increased by $28000!

And I think the price of the 500 is higher than the 430 as well.

I was at the dealership today (Doncaster Silver Motors) and saw the new E-Class (270 CDI). I was generally impressed with the interior, but unfortunately, I did not get a chance to sit in it.

I think if you order one now (to your specification), you would have to wait till January for it to arrive.

oh crap man i forget to bring my camera sorrrrryyyyyy. We had 3 cars e500 and 2 e240, they are really good the seat is just awesome, the sterring wheel is small, i like it , the boot is huge. The other thing that impressed me was someone driving a silver sl55 amg, and he is still a young man, woww, wat a life.

Any of you guys know when the face lifted S-Class will be delivered? My dealer (Mercedes-Benz of Sydney) has not responded to my emails. On a question of service, do any of you notice that the salesman seem a little blaze. I also own an S-Class in Europe and my dealer there treats me like a VIP even though im just one of hundreds of S-Class owners. In Australia I expected a little more exclusive service when I'm planning to lay down a quarter of a mill for a car, youd think I was buying an A-Class.

Worrells of Melbourne told me it may be as late as September/October next year so expect a years wait.
