Angry Help The Stealership Has Had My Car For 6 Weeks and Loaner Needs Service too. HELP

My E500 has been at the Stealership for the past 6 weeks. I only heard 2 calls from my SA, which said he would call when they are finished. I havent heard from him in the last 4 weeks now. They gave me a loaner vehicle a
06 CLK350 but this car is now causing problems. Whom ever was using this car really abused it. It vibrates, drives rough, not smooth. This loaner needs some serious service, bc it has some issues. Its horrible. I just want my E500 back. Do you think the dealer might of forgotten to call me ? I need to have my car back, and not this loaner. 6 Weeks is a long time for a car to be in the shop for work. What should I do ?

sorry, this post is so sad that it's hilarious. your loaner is breaking down on you?? that's pathetic and shows the state of MB nowadays.

if i were you, i'd call up the dealership and tell the manager politely that he can either give you a brand new E500 or they'll have a lawsuit up their a$$holes quicker than they can say "WTF-"

goodluck to you

Well I called and my SA has been out last week. I have no idea what they are doing over there. 6 weeks is a long time for a car to be in the shop. Its like they mise well keep my car since they dont want to call and give updates or give me my car back. I am going to call the manager and tell them to give me a new car since they like keeping mines for 6 weeks, and take this loaner back. And yeah its crazy bc the loaner vibrates, making loud sounds, and drives rough. It is terrible, and the bad thing is its an 06 CLK350.

This is a joke, right? You haven't contacted them in the last four weeks???

I can offer you a great deal on a bridge that connects the boroughs of Brooklyn and Manhattan

If the car is in the shop for 6 weeks I can think of only 2 reasons:

1) Don't know how to fix the problem,, (which was never stated in the thread)

2) Aren't working on the car.

Options,: Call Mercedes (not the dealer if you have already called them) Ask for a new replacement car (because apparently they can't fix the one you have) or buy back the one they own in their service center.

Perhaps there will be some action. best of luck Jim

You say that you haven't heard from the dealer in 4-weeks. Either you are mad, you are making this up or your dealer is completely incompetant.
If my car is in the dealers for a day I ring them up mid afternoon to find out what is happening
