Without a doubt Mercedes Benz of North Olmstead in Cleveland. The car we traded there was in both my name and my wifes. The car I bought was put in just my name because she wasn't there when I bought it. It was a christmas present for her so I did it quietly. Well instead of calling us to come back in when they got the title to our trade so she could sign away her side of the title their title clerk just forged her name on a power of attorney and then forged our names to the title herself. My wife was a title clerk for a cleveland area dealership at the time and we knew/kept expecting them to call us back in to sign it which we gladly would have done. After a few months of hearing nothing I went down and asked for copies of the paperwork which they seriously didn't want to give up. When I got the copies I found out why.
If they would be so dishonest about something so simple and easily fixable, how many other things have the been dishonest with customers about? Disturbing!
PS It was our second purchase from them in 2 years, and unfortunately our last!
