Panoramic roof Retrofit

It's the entire roof so I don't think that it's even possible.. I don't think that anybody has done it because it doesn't seem economically logical. Even if it were possible, I'm sure that you wouldn't get the same quality because it would be a hack job. For the cost that it would take for you to get it done, it would make more sense for you to trade your car with one that already has it.

It would cost an arm and a leg. The roof alone just in parts is probably well north of $3K. Lets not forget that Pano Roof equipped cars also have different stell cross members and what not. I would just buy a new car or wait for the W212 at this point.

actually i am going to keep this car from some time, custom turbo is being done, and so on. the reason i ask this is i read a thread somewhere long ago that someone has already retrofited panoramic roof . thats why. also do not worry bout parts, i can order it with daimler @ good price. i am not in the states by the way.

Doesn't make much difference where you are at. Although anything is possible, I cannot imagine somebody doing this. If someone gave you the parts for free, it would be very difficult to do. It would be easier and probably cheaper to transfer your mods to a car that already has the panoramic roof.

And a turbo? why? Again, sell your car and buy a E55 with Pano.
