trunk finisher and AMG quad exhaust installed.
Installed this last weekend. A definite must do mod. It gives the rear a clean look. 
You'll need the license plate bracket which accommodates euro and US plates. I did this mod on my previous car which was a C230.
btw: got my AMG quad exhaust too. I did the cutout route. Very happy with the results. Someday I'll end up upgrading to an E55 or E63 rear.

Actually nope. Quads were installed at a muffler shopper referred by Eric. Trunk finisher was installed by me.
As mentioned in another thread, LED smoked lights were purchased through Eric, but they were installed by me too. HA! It's called DIY....to save money.

Sound is more throatier than the stock. Love it! I actually had the resonator
removed, but it didn't sound right. Maybe it's because I have a V6.
People were saying..."what's wrong with your car. It sounds ricey!" 
It's actually not that hard at all. I'll say that I did this mod on my previous car which was a C230 though. Once you remove your old finisher, you'll see how it all comes together. Feel free to ask me detailed questions.
Yes, I will eventually get the 3rd brakelight smoked. It's been done several times. My buddy Eric (MPX220) on this forum has his done. My taillights actually came from him.
