rear washer mod help
now i have to do the rear and i know where the sensor is but i need some help on the process.
help me out guys and ill post up some pics of the washers i used.
This one is from a user who used washers on the rear sensor, in lieu of using a dremel to notch it out and reposition the sensor.

Then there's this one about a W211 who's airmatic failed while lowered via washers.

Be careful. I did the washer method for a couple of months without problems, but I was always scared. If you can afford it, get the RENNtech ELM. With the ELM, you still get the full allowable travel of the suspension, rather than tricking the computer into thinking it's sitting higher than it is, with the washer method.
If you can't swing the ELM, I suggest lowering links. www.adjustableairride.com has a great product.
