It is listed in your owners manual on how to do it. I don't have one in front of me to reference as the dealer always does my service.

That pdf is actually incorrect. The service sticky on top shows some differences between MY06 & 07 that are not listed in that pdf.

On my 2009 I followed the directions on page 6. The tricky part was that I had to press the reset button quickly and briefly 3 times to get the display to battery voltage. Then the up and down arrows moved the display to the service menu.

The screen that should be visable when you start is the one that shows the odometer and temp(or speed). The push of the reset button has to be just a push, don't hold it down. 3 times
