07 E320 BT: ESP Inoperative message
Just when I thought she was running SOOOOO well...pulled away from the office yesterday and got this nice error..
Pulled over, restarted, and went away. Picture taken to record date/time/mileage in case this needs to become a warranty issue.
2007 E320 Bluetec, 31k miles.

Well it happened again this morning just as I was leaving along with:
- Flashing ESP light as if the system was detecting slip or skid with associated sudden power reduction and/or braking (can't really tell which was happening)
- PRE-SAFE activated twice while this was happening (sudden tightening of the seatbelt)
- After a few seconds of this, the ESP Inoperative message came up again
Going to take it in tomorrow morning....and drive with the ESP OFF for the time being, seeing as how this drive-ability issue could become a safety issue. I'm somehow thinking it's the brake switch, and I was worried that my brake lights weren't working - but they do seem to be. As the car's under warranty, I'll leave it to the dealer.
