2007 E350 battery questions.
1). Where are they? Apparently, there is a battery in the trunk and one under the hood but Im not sure where or how to get to em.
2). Can I charge them? I use a battery charger/re-conditioner.
3). What else should I know?
4). Why is everything on this car a PITA?

2007 E350 must be a facelift W211 and it would not have a battery under the hood.
Of course you can charge the battery as long as you use a proper charger, like for any modern car (likely an AGM battery).
What was PITA with this car?

03 E500 and Corvette
is for SBC brake systems.
2) Yes but if you have to charge them something is broken. The car should do that.
3) ?? how should I answer, tell me what you know and I will help you with what is missing???
4) Everything isn't a PITA. Only lack of knowledge makes it a PITA. There are some design issues with airmatic, SBC and tank issues but otherwise if you take it to the dealer and give them $$ it should keep going for you.

No one told me that the battery in the trunk is accessible by lifting a simple flap.
MB gets a point for making something simple.
The negative terminal came off with ease, but the positive terminal looked kinda like a mushroom and wouldnt come off so I left it alone. I just removed the negative terminal and hooked the battery conditioner to both the positive and negative.
Took about 8 hours but the battery charged up nicely.

2009 E350
you dont have to undo the terminals to recharge the bat.
when i leave for long periods of time, i hook up my trickle chargers.
if this is the original bat, perhaps its near the end of it's life.
PITA- its all relative.
