Does the vibration and noise happen when you turn both directions or just one direction?
Does it happen when you move and turn or idle and turn?
Some more info pls..

Iqless,
Thank you for your concern,
Yes it happens both Direction, and if I'm going Forward or Reverse (both direction too).
Move and Turn only,
But BTW sometimes it turned smoothly, I read somewhere that to take the car into a parking lot and start turning the wheel and move fast forward and backward, and its really worked after that but next day, the noise back again!

If VIN is below X224020 transfer case may need replacement. As a first repair attempt consider replacing oil as explained in bulletin http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j...50310824,d.cGE

2005-2007 models 211, 203 and 220 if the serial number on the transfer case is between 115925 and 137342, MB will replace it at no cost - reference Service Campaign 2007100004.

My car 2008, and the Service campaign (2007100004) is only for 2005-2007 cars.
and the DTB P-B-28.50/11 (I think) it is for cars under WARRANTY or EXTENDED WARRANTY, and I am out of Warranty ! :-)

UPDATE:
I took my car to the dealer and told him the whole story, and informed him that i have only aftermarket warranty (with Alpha) and there is 3 weeks left.
The Service Advisor was so cooperative, he told that this is %99 TC and %1 TC Oil, he suggested to check with the warranty company before doing anything because the it might cost around $4600 (with the labor), he contacted them, they told him that they have to take a look and it may not be covered !!! (it is really Junk).
and I told him to have the Oil changed, they change it (cost about $250),
and now the Vibration and the Noise gone when cornering at low speed...
The Service Advisor told me that it could be hours or days or months to the Vibration and the Noise to back again ... and May be it will never back again.

Awesome fix! Sorry for my lack of a response the first time around as other people with more expertise started chiming in, $250 fix isn't bad at all. Better than some type of axle or steering rack issue which could necessitate expensive rebuilds.
