I bought an 09 E350 with nav/command missing. How do I determine if it came with Navigation as option. Attached are pics of connectors and data card. I am assuming it came with a nav but it seems like it only has connector for radio (blue). Please help. Thanks

It's likely that it has navigation because I see:
Option CODE 873 SEAT HEATER FOR LEFT AND RIGHT FRONT SEATS
Option CODE 570 ROLLER BLIND, ELECTRIC, FOR REAR WINDOW

Neither of these features is available as a stand-alone option in 2009 (in normal USA market vehicles). It is only available in combination with the P1 option package, which includes navigation:
Premium 1 Package:

Do NOT check your trunk for a navigation disc player, or processor. It will NOT have one.

My understanding is that in 2009 there was no more nav disc player in the trunk. It was all built into the head unit.

I did attach a data card but it's not specific. Has option 512 listed and states COMAND APS with DVD changer.

I appreciate your reply. I thought it would come with nav because it's loaded otherwise. How come then I only have one blue connector? I understand that's for radio only.

Blue connector is for GPS antenna.
Green connector is for misc. video input like a rear backup camera
Yellow connector is for Bluetooth
Above the green connector there should be a white double coaxial connector that is for the two radio antennas.
The smaller multipole connector is for a media device like an ipod input.
The larger connector carries power, MOST bus to a sound amplifier (CODE 810 Sound System) and to other devices on the MOST ring, and misc control signals, and would also carry amplified speaker level signals (except CODE 810 Sound System).
