I second that, I did NGK Platinums (apparently the Laser Iridiums were not a correct fitment according to NGK, but I think that's probably incorrect) and I'm happy with them. They're one of the top manufacturers and most expensive, not by much but the few extra dollars you spend you definitely get a good plug.

Does anyone know of a DIY thread on these and is there a specific torch wrench for to do it so you don't over tighten the plugs.around what's the cost of doing plugs and wires. Thanks

just pull the engine cover and intake ducts, then it's just like doing any other spark plugs. there is a two per cylinder, and the wires come lettered so you know which goes where because they are two different lengths in the front and rear cylinders.
why would you not use anti seize?
Modern plugs don't require it, they have a special coating on the thread. Anti-seize can work its way into the cylinders, causing carbon build up & plug fouling.

I just checked the specs on that plug. The gap, heat range and reach do not match requirement for mercedes plugs. I might just go with the laser platinums.
