2009 e350 w/100k mi?

Good to be back on here after years of being away. I used to own a 2005 kompressor but got into an accident and the car was totaled. Since then, i've been in a bmw 5 series, and let me tell you, its the worst car ever! I'm finally going back to a benz! The car im looking at right now is a 2009 e350 with about 100k on the mileage and the dealer wants $12,999. For a 2009 e350 with 100k mileage, is the price ok or it is too much? Also is there anything i should be aware of for a 09 e350 at 100k mi, such as parts going bad, etc? From the pictures, the car still looks very clean. I will be going by the dealer this weekend to see the car in person. Just wanted to get some opinions and advice first, carfax for the car is also posted below. Thanks.

That car basically has no options. Has the P1 package and the AMG rims, just a basic common configuration. No parktronic, no pano roof, no power trunk closer, no keyless go, no bixenons with active curve illumination, MB-tex instead of real leather, no folding rear seat. Also it's a Pzev so that means it has a 15 year/150k warranty on various parts. Normally that's a good thing, but the extended warranty on the fuel tank doesn't apply to Pzev cars. The non pzev warranty is 15 years unlimited miles so it would have been covered til 2024. At 100k, you basically just have 50k coverage on the tank.

2008 E350
I would pass on this car they are asking a lot for a base model. At 100k miles you'll most likely need the entire front suspension replaced (due to worn bushings), new motor mounts, i wouldn't be surprised if the intake manifold tumble flap is broken (which requires a new manifold or that specific replacement part), probably due for a water pump and pulleys if it hasn't been done before, along with the rear flex disc, and i wouldn't be surprised if the fuel tank started leaking due to the pzev issue they have.

I bought my fully loaded 2008 E350 2 years ago for less than what they are asking for with 84k miles, now at 110k miles. Everything i listed above are issues that i ran into between 90-109k miles. All pretty common wear items for the 100k mark.

Yikes! Seems like i might have to spend more to replacement those parts if it goes bad. Im looking at the carfax report and it doesnt show any of those parts being replaced, only regular maintenance was done on it. I'm not too concern about this car being a base model with limited options as i dont really care for all those options as long as the car has power windows/locks im good.

After reading some of the Yelp reviews for Siry there's no way in hell I'd buy a car from them.

e350
I purchased 1 2008 E350 with 103K for 8K last May and I love it. I haven't run into any of the problems the others are talking about. Except for a fuel pump problem. Mine is a PSEZ and the entire 3k I spent for a fuel pump and gas tank will be refunded by Benz. THE E350 PZEV IS COVERED by the 15 yr 150 k warranty for emissions related stuff

Have you considered expanding your search to the SF Bay Area as well? A flight up here would be cheap.
