E55 AMG acceleration problem after headers.

Im not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes, I have an 06 E55 amg, i recently installed some short Kleemann headers on it, the car has no mufflers and resonator, before the headers i ran the car with the same setup and it ran strong.
The same setup being, muffler delete, cat delete and resonator delete stock headers. After i installed the headers ive been experiencing a whole slew of problems, first gear is responsive after that the car has almost no acceleration even if i put my foot all the way down to the floor
it accelerates at the same pace. There is a fluttering/ticking sound when i accelerate coming from the bottom of the car and ive been assured there is no exhaust leak, there is also a vibration at the bottom at low rpm's when accelerating aggressively. When the shop installed the
headers they also installed a pair of hi flow cats and new spark-plugs, the cats where installed without my knowing, could they be the issue ? Ive reset the ECU both with the sneaky ECU reset and disconnecting the battery overnight. Please help, thank you guys in advance, cheers!

Do you have a CEL? Do you have a tune on the car for the new setup?

You'd be better off posting in the W211 AMG section.

You need the ECU tuned.
The new airflow is causing havoc on your MAF calculation of optimal Air-Fuel ratio.

Yes, check engine light.

You need a tune. You can't just go slapping mods like that on without one. For a tune check out Eurocharged. https://www.eurocharged.com/products/c-75-/mercedes-benz/e-class/e55-en/55-series-performance-engine-software

Have you done cooling mods to the car yet? It's a very good idea to take care of that stuff before trying to get more power out of it.

It's done to your stock ECU. You can flash it yourself, send it into them or take your car to them if you're near one of their locations (you should put your location in your profile). When you buy it just let them know your mods/fuel and Jerry will get you set up.

If it's your only car you'll want to flash it yourself. They just email you the tune file. Check their site, they explain all this stuff.

I've done tunes and back to stock multiple times on my E63 and it seriously takes less than 5 minutes to do. Mine is a bit different since I have an E63 and use their OBDII handheld unit for flashing though.

They can email you the tune after you send them your stock ECU file, which you'll download with one of their devices.

Tunes are regularly done on modified engines, and actually is completely necessary or the car will run bad.
Just give Jerry a call, and explain your mods and what is happening.
He'll explain everything.
