Thanks for quick replies.
Is it access from the engine bottom?
I got a quote from dealer for over C$400 part only. and they reluctantly told me it is located in the very from of the engine bay. I spent 2 hrs this morning of course found nothing.
Is there instruction for replacement? Thank you guys so much.

Found it!!
It is right on the top of starter, just like mentioned in the link.
I tested all 6 plug connector while starting engine there is no voltage on all of them. And all 6 glow plugs measured with ~0.7ohm.
For sure something is wrong with the module, or the relay-- is there a relay? if it is, where is it located?

Ordered the control module from dealer. C$450.

Spent 2 hrs to replace the bad module. It is straight to replace but one of the 2 screw is very hard to remove and replace. After replacement I need to erase the CE code.

It's working now no more check engine warning.

Take the bracket loose from the top, drop it out and R&R the relay.

It is located at the underside of the airhorn and above the starter and accessed from under with the car raised a minimum 2 ft

Mine failed on a 2005 CDI. It was a simple job made horrible. That is, mine was held in by two screws and a single push-on electrical connector. However, it was in such a difficult location to reach under the manifold, it took me hours and hours to replace it. I even had it on a lift, and raised and lowered the car by inches several times to improve my reach.

I’m a professor of mechanical engineering and tell my students about the glow plug module job to remind them that easy designs are sometimes horrible in practice to work on. Working on cars is a good learning experience.
