If you had to choose between the 2 - which would you choose?

I can get the 1st one - With tires - for 1500
I can get the last one - WithOUT tires - for 1500

I vote for the Brabus wheel (last one)

I like the last wheel best, which looks like the Brabus. The others are also nice, the second from last would be my second choice. It's your car, choose what you like best.

Couple questions guys...

What should the offset be for the rims?

And what is the best size for the front and the rear, 19 by 8.5?9?9.5?10?

STILL wondering....

what kind of fitment you guys are using (or trying to use) for the 5 spoke AMG wheel on a 211. Not available from AMG in the correct offset for 211 in 19". 18" only. But people are using them...shaving? Spacing? what?

Guys the rims are as follows

1. AMG
2. Brabus Style Rims - Not Authentic Brabus though
3. Hamann
4. Axis
5. Lorinser Replica
6. The picture shows the Authentic Brabus Mono VI, but I'd be getting the replicas if I got it.

And would any of these rims cause any rubbing and what not?
Would any of them require some sort of work (spacing,shaving,etc...) to fit correctly?

I go for #6 first, and basically just flip your numbering sequence with #1 last.

Lorinser for me. I just think wheel looks terrific. A natural evolution on the 17" 5 spokes that come with the car.

Very nice - wish we could get wheels like that in the UK without having to pay nearly $1500 EACH ! Plus the cost of the tyres.

A set of 4 Brabus MonoBlock VI (19") are $7,200 with tyres, plus $600 for rolling the arches - which I am told is required for the Brabus wheel.

Thats $7800 and its not yet lowered............

The Lorinsers get my vote. B/c I like the polished look over the chrome.

I'm curious. Are you going to need any computer adjustments when you get these on your car so that the mileage is still correctly recorded, etc. What about suspension adjustments?

This is giving me the mod bug. I need some arguments to talk the woman into okaying more $$$ on a new car.

Yes I need to change a few things...

Guys I've heard if you drop your benz, the warranty is void - is this true?

“Drop” being the current patois for “lower”, I presume? If your car has the standard E320 suspension, it would help if you could fill us in on how you plan to, uh, “drop” your car. By removing spring coils?

Regardless of how you propose to “drop” your car, if you combine oversize wheels/”rims” with lowering, then the issue would be - who pays when (not if) you damage your tires and/or wheel wells by rubbing the two together? I suspect that both the tire maker and M-B would say that you’re on your own dime there.

In the UK you lose your warranty if you fit replica wheels or have the engine management system "Chipped" to give more power. (unless its a Brabus fix)

In the UK we can chip the Cdi's to give 25% more BHP, just by reprogramming the car's management system. Guess its the same in the US.

I'd drop/lower it by using a spring+shock set that -theitalianjob- told me about.
Yes I have the normal E320 suspension.
And I don't think 19's rub.
