Rear door leak

Hey everyone ,
I have e320 2005, recently when it rains I noticed a few drops on the sill of the door , doesn't get to the fabric inside , also some drops on the lower part of the door where it usually sits on the sill.
I posted some pictures,, anyone can help.
I replaced recently the pillar and outside garnish(also on pics).
Notice:it is dry in the pictures .

Drain plugs could be clogged, and the door weather stripping could be dirty. Endure the lining is seeded in its holes. Remove the stripping and clean. Check drain in the cowl (Windshield). I hope this helps.

Yes, cowl in front..You have drains on both sides of cowls. As for the door remove rubber weatherstriping. They have "lil nibs" that strips goes in, but ensure they are seeded. Not necessarily, but if stripping arent in perspective holes, water "could" ease in. Hope this helps

So today it was raining , I saw that that also front door has a drop of water on the aluminum step( this one has

new weatherstrip) so I assume that the problem is not the weatherstrip.
I removed the rear door panel , and I think the interior seal is not stick properly by the Butyl( I posted a picture ) , I think some drops entering from the outside space of the door through this seal maybe .. I will try to seal properly .
Let me know if you have another idea please .

I was thinking it could be the window seal.
