I think it's still way too high. It will take another 6-8 months for prices to go down, if the banks will have good lease program.
I leased my E in 2008 with nothing down, but bank fee and MV fees for $590 a month - 27 months 10K a year....
that being said if you do the calculations, anytime we're under invoice or at invoice it's a fantastic deal.

P.S. who told you he's under or close to invoice ? I didn't see it on his post...
the tightening of standards on lending as well as automobile financing groups wanting to take less risky investments(depreciation & residual rates are always a gamble depending on where the market goes during the term) are making it way less easy on the consumers pocket in terms of lease value.
I'm in my new e350 cause it was $48 MORE a month to lease the 2010 Range Rover Sport 36 months vs. 60mo finance.
