Nice. The 212 interior looks so much better/richer/more luxurious with a 2-tone interior using a contrasting lighter color to go along with the black IMO.

2011 Mercedes E550 4M, 2003 BMW X5 4.4i
The chestnut brown leather looked good in the pics on the Mercedes website but I saw it in person and the brown is kind of ugly IMO. BTW, I just ordered a 2011 E550 4Matic with Natural Beige interior. It should arrive in 3 months. The natural beige should be called orange brown cuz it looks more orange than beige.

AMG, thanks for posting the pics. I also have Chestnut on order. Supposedly a September build and October delivery.
I went with a MY2011 E550 4Matic, Steel Gray/Pano/Chestnut/Walnut with P2, Driver Assist Pkg, Parktronic, Folding Seats, Heated Steering Wheel, and Dynamic Seat.
I am coming out of a MY2008 E350 4Matic, White/Pano/Cognac/Walnut that I am very happy with but could use a bit more torque.
I thought the Chestnut was close to the Cognac, but a bit more brown in the examples I saw. I am hoping the final result will be pleasing, but different.

E550 4Matic 2011
I ordered Chestnut Brown in my 2011 E550 (picked up in Germany this summer) and it looks great. My wife and I think it is nicer and richer looking than the black on black I had prior. Especially with the 2 tone sport interior. Very nice contrast to the black exterior.

I've always been a fan of the two-tone interior, much better than single or mono-tone color interior imo. My top choice for MB interior is either Chestnut/Cognac Brown or Natural Beige

I didnt know that it was available either when I was ordering my car... I had the dealer fax me all the options for the car and chestnut brown was listed as special order... And at that time it was hard to find pictures of that interior, so took me a while to track do a car that had this interior. When I seen it I had to have it. Its not that common.
