Problems Tinting Back Window!?

Hey Everyone...has anyone had issues tinting thier rear window?

I went to a Tint place here in Toronto ,and they mentioned they may have to remove some rear panel in order to tint rear window properly...Is this true? I forgot to mention that i also have the rear window shade...does this pose a problem?

THANKS!!

My tint installer didn't mention anything like that, although it may be true nonetheless... How experienced is this shop as a whole? You may want to look up a more experienced aftermarket dealer if you want it done professionally and "clean"... My back window tint was done flawlessly, that I can tell since Apr...

A positive thing about it , it could prevent some bubbling issues in long term

I used to have a tint one of my previous cars and it generated some bubbles around the door trim after a while .I later was so angry to the point of tearing it off lol

Mine was tinted in one piece (which in and of itself is amazing) with the shade down and they never had to do anything to it while tinting

Both of mine were done without removing any panel.

I suggest going to a better tint shop.

No issues. One piece, no bubbles, 45 minutes total car.
