My fiber is brooken -causing the light to be very uneven.

I think you're talking about the ambient lighting strip...
If you're thinking that your ambient lighting is not "even" its because no one's is. The LED's for the ambient lighting are on the left most part of the strip, meaning that's where the light comes from. The strip just allows the LED's to shine through the whole strip. Since the LED's are NOT equally distributed amongst the whole strip, they are just at the left end, most light will come from the left part of the glovebox and then fade off as it moves to the passenger door.
Do you a have a picture, maybe? That would help diagnose the problem. I'm not sure though if the part is replaceable or how to order it.
Here's a pic of how it should look:

Thanks for the reply..
Yes.. its the ambiente light "fiber" thats broken -i can feel the break if i run my finger over the plastic. I currently have no way to post a picture.. but there is a sudden max light outflow.. and the rest of the line is dark

Oh that sucks. If the actual strip is broken I think you need to replace the whole dashboard as the ambient lighting strips are manufactured into the dashboard, not the glove box.

No, you don't need to replace the whole dash board. The lighting is attached to the wood panel . Just order a replacement panel from the dealer.

Also if you look on ebay at wood trim pieces for sale, its hard to see any light strips attached
