My 2011 W212 Mods
1. Glossy vinyl black trim on chrome window and trunk trim
2. HID headlights 6000k White
3. Full LED swap on all interior/exterior lightbulbs
4. AMG pedals (from ebay)
5. Mercedes Hologram puddle lights
6. Plasti dip rear emblems
7. Glossy black star grille
8. Flat black hood emblem
9. VIM/Nav mod on order
10. black logo wheel caps on order
11. Removed chrome door panel strips
I included some various pics, I did all mods myself except HIDs.

As far as maintenance goes, I did my cabin filter and just got a mityvac to do my trans and engine oil too.
Also just got a Dell D630 and loaded all the Mercedes software on it, gonna learn and play with it a bit and then order the Mercedes equipment to hook up to car.

I wouldnt worry about drilling into the bottom of the door panel, its all hollow down there. If you are worried just pull the panel off, you can make sure that its safe then.
I would like to change the wheels but ****ty roads here and Ive had 19s before. Im thinking about plastidip some part of my wheels, maybe an edge and see what it looks like.

The cable allows you watch movies while the car is moving and also allows address input for navigation while driving.
