What's a Pristine 2010 E350 Luxury Sedan Worth?

Try punching it into nadaguide.com, edmunds, kbb.com. Most people tend to aim for the high numbers though. I prefer nadaguide, private party sale is typically between average and clean trade in, maybe a tad more if you've got good options. Most people tend to either price it above dealer retail or close to it and forget that the dealers will spend some money reconditioning the car, that is going over it and cleaning it up and some states require a minimum warranty. Plus lots of dealers also sell slightly below retail, typically between clean trade in and retail. The ones that seem to go above retail are those buy here pay here type places that have bad credit buyers who pay more anyway.

Another source is to take it to Carmax and get them to tell you what they would pay you for it. Takes from 1-2 hours, but you can test drive cars they have for sell.
Basically, it is what someone else is willing to pay for it. Also, one man's pristine is another man's good.
In addition, very much affected by your market area.
One advantage from buyer's point on getting it from a dealer, is that they have somewhere and someone to complain to if something goes wrong. In private sales, you don't have that, so the price drops.
Would your dealer be interested? Probably not as it is six years old, but you never know.

also, El Cid is correct, i always think of my cars as pristine but others may think of it otherwise.
no offense to OP but when I look for a used car, I try to point out the "not so good" side of the car to negotiate the price down and anything good I see about it is a conversation i save for the mrs on our drive back home.
goodluck with the sale mate!

for me but, i prefer goin to a dealer or a respectable retailer for warranty purposes and full car inspection not to mention trade in value for my old car. something OP should consider when selling his car privately.

Anyway it's done and i'm hoping that you won't regret selling it, especially when i saw W213 from MB i like my W212 more. What an ugly looking thing that W213 is.
I just bought a pristine condition CPO 2010 e350 4Matic 66K on it P1, Luxury option paid around 24K. Very happy with the purchase.

Too bad insurance rates are based on cost to repair vs. actual value of car. Discussed this with my insurance company and MB's are costly to repair compared to many other makes.
Incidentally, I am still enjoying my 2010 Luxury version with P1 package. Love the front end!
The April issue of Consumer Reports has interesting article on the new safety features available on cars today. One issue, and I can vouch for this, is that you often have to purchase options you don't want to get the best safety features. On my Nissan Rogue, I had to purchase a panoramic roof and the highest trim level to get all the safety features.
March 7 issue of Time magazine has articles on automonous cars.
Happy Motoring!

It is truly sad that auto makers will not allow a customer to order a new vehicle EXACTLY as they want it, if they are willing to wait. So often, very desirable options are only available on the models with the bigger engines, which I find ridiculous. Shoving something like a Panorama Roof down the throats of customers makes zero sense to me. I really like my 2015 S550 sedan, but I truly HATE the frigging Pano roof that is standard on that model and which I was forced to take if I wanted the car. Oh well, we're just old guys and nobody listens to us anymore.
