2011 E350 w/ 951 Sport Package Brake Rotor Size?

Im having a hard time figuring out the size of my brake rotors. Car is a 2011 E350 with the sport package. I have seen sites say both 344mm and 322mm. One site said 322mm for sport package from 2010-2011, but others said all sport packages have 344mm. Can anyone confirm this for me, thanks?

Interesting, my 2016 E400 with Code 951 Sport brakes are 344mm front and 300mm rear. I wonder if the upgrade has anything to do with the Distronic Plus adaptive cruise control? I've noticed the system applies brakes more frequently/abruptly than I would without it.

Thanks konigstiger. That part number seems to be a European part number maybe? Didn't think they were different but I can only find a few sites selling rotors with that pn and they are all European. Other sites show a different number for my rotors but still 322mm.

Need2speed I believe after 2011 thr sport package included 344mm.

MBUSA part #s (951 = sport package), gave European site to provide disc details. You can start with following to compare online pricing:

0004211112, $90/free shipping https://www.oediscountparts.com
0004230912, $45/free shipping

So what about the 207 part number from autohauaz and the screenshot attached is the same 207 part number from an oem Mercedes site. And when you enter the 207 PN in Google you get endless rotors for sale, so I'm confused.

I went with the 322mm rotors. I am installing them within the next two weeks and I'll update this post. But they look to be the right size by holding them up to the rim and eyeballing it. I believe if you have the larger rotors you should have brake calipers with a nice cover on them but don't quote me on that. My calipers do not have a cover.

Thanks for the heads up.

Do you have cross drilled rotors factory/on the car currently? And is this the caliper you're referring to:

They are cross drilled and mine doesn't say Mercedes but I think from my research the larger brakes say AMG on the cover even if you don't have the E63. I also found that I have the AMG sports appearance package and I believe there is a separate AMG performance sports package with changes like larger brakes for example.

Yeah, I think MB does different rotors for different engines. I think the E550 had different brakes than the E350 and the E63 were also different. Each step up goes up a step in price.

Hey so a month later, but I did the install. My front rotors are 322mm, perfect fit. Measured my factory cross drilled rotors when they were off and they are also 322mm. I have a 2011 E350 sport 4matic with the AMG appearance package.

Thanks for all the help.

I went to my Indy and had them do it last Wednesday after ordering all the parts. For my 2012 E3504M w/Sport appearance package, its also 322mm.

Ditched the cross-drilled for some centric blanks. Also dropped the ATE ceramics in the front and Pagid in the rear for Akebono Euros all around. Also got some new brake hardware as my rear anti-rattle springs had developed some surface rust. Much less noise now when braking (which I assume is due to the cross-drill).

All that's left is to replace the worn out rubber brake pedal pad. Have a replacement Febi on the way

Yup, I actually used Akebonos product catalog. Here are the part numbers:

Akebono EUR1342
Akebono EUR986

Please note, if you have the Sport Performance package with the larger diameter rotors (I think 344mm), YMMV. Included with the front pads are (2) wear sensors.

I purchased them on eBay after searching for the lowest price shipped.

WOAH , now its getting interesting

i wanna see how they fit because i doubt that 1342 akebono would work on your 350 , if it has drilled rotors with 344.2mm.

on the left is AKEBONO 1342 and on the right are the OEM PADS
and they dont look the same...at all. been there done that

and in fact actual pic of the pads in a box i got half a year ago that i still cant sell lol or just give away

I thought the difference was that E350's have different pads than E550's.

If you use their web catalog, EUR1342 is the right part for E350's, but nothing shows up for E550's. E550 brakes were always more expensive than E350 brakes. You should see the price on E63 AMG brakes.

In your photos, the picture on the left is a photo of the rear pads. Your center photo is a photo of the front pads. They are indeed different, so not sure what the problem is or why you are comparing rear pads to front pads.
The rear pads clip into a receiver and you can see the clip in your photo of the pad. The rear brakes are single piston caliper and the fronts are 2 piston caliper.

aite , when i get home , i will take a picture of akebono 1342 that are in the box (see pic) they look identical to the one in the first picture.

and the one in the center is an actual pad for a 550 model with drilled rotors and 344.2 mm diameter . ( i looked up and 2012 e350 4matic also has 344.2mm diameter for sport drilled rotors ) and unless something drastically changed i would assume they also wouuld use the pads that look like in the MIDDLE picture.

i dont want to sound like a smart *** but even if Akebono rep confirmed that.. that should mean something.
sorry for trying to figure that out

I think the key point is that an E350 and E550 brakes are different. The rotors on the E550 were always more than the E350 so I think what's missing here is that they're different set of brakes which is why when you put in E350, the EUR1342 comes up, but you get nothing if you put in E550. For the E350, it says all for application. Otherwise I guess they have a problem with their catalog and it's wrong.

I'm referring to the post #14 up above with the 322mm sport cross drilled discs that he has replaced with a solid ventilated disc. The pads are as illustrated in your photo and can clearly be seen in his photos of the calipers. The front pads have no engagement hook while the rear pads do. 2 piston up front, single piston in the rear.
The OEM front pads I ordered for my 2010 E550 last time are stamped Okebono.

so they are all 344.2mm (350 and 550)
they both are sport drilled rotors ( 350s look identical to 550)
but
the brake hardware for 350 is (and IS looking different) different from 550 ? (pic on the left how it looks for 350 with drilled rotors and picture in the middle how it is for 550?)
is that where the key to this is ? or am i still missing something? just wanna be clear and done with it , i dont wanna argue or make people pissed here lol

Well that's why we have the popcorn ready. Maybe the calipers are different. We will hopefully know soon.
