w212 2011 esc inoperative
i went to a technician and he said it is the throttle sensor, so we got it changed and everything worked fine, after two months the same problem occurred and we got the part changed again, but yesterday the problem appeared again !!
so please would anyone tell me what to do?
PS: if i drive the car for about 15 km with this error, the car will slowly accelerates faster then i turn it off and start the engine, the problem is gone and i can drive normally. But just leave the car for 2 hours and the problem appears again.
this is the picture of the throttle that i changed twice

ESC inoperative is indicating the traction control is not working. This should be able to tracked to a specific wheel sensor issue, electronic module problem or reflash needed etc. May be worthwhile to get the car scanned with MB specific software. Sometimes aggressive driving that gets a brief wheelspin can trigger the code momentarily but sounds like you have not yet found the root cause.

First of all, Im really glad that you replied to me..
I'll attach pictures of the codes that I got from the scanning

But still the problem is as it is!!
When he does a test for the throttle valve actuator it gives messages as follows:
* voltage of signal 1 of accelerator pedal sensor
* voltage of signal 1 of throttle valve actuator
* voltage of signal 2 of throttle valve actuator
all of these are low voltages around 0.5 where it should be a higher voltage...
so please any idea what would be the solution ?
also not sure what parts you are using, are they oem or aftermarket? Sometimes they fit but are not exact quality replacement.
- M16/6: http://workshop-manuals.com/mercedes...ent_locations/
- ESP control unit (N30/40) is attached to hydraulic unit, check connection pins before replacing.
- Oxygen sensor 1/bank 2 = left (driver side) front of catalyst

- determines the emergency running position
- determines lower mechanical stop
- matches the actual value amplifier (signal 1 and 2) in the MESFI [ME] control unit.
- checks the return spring (always takes place when ignition ON) Prerequisite: gear P or N, vehicle stationary, engine OFF, ignition ON, coolant temperature 5 °C to 100 °C and accelerator pedal not operated.
The procedure must be activated with STAR DIAGNOSIS, if the throttle valve actuator or the ME-SFI [ME] control unit was replaced.
I am new to this forum, I usually only read and find solutions, everyone is great in participating.
This time i have a question, Did you finally found a solution? I had a similiar problem and was about to change the throttle valve, as it is the only part that will not pass the tests, but after reading you changed it twice and did not solve your problem, i am hestitating.
hope you can recall what solved your problem!!!
thanks in advance
