W212 Spring Pad Part #s: No Luck and Searched for Hours
I've seen countless threads with no spring pad #s for W212s. I've got an e350 sport and looking to have the pads swapped out. Help me and everyone else searching.
Thanks,
Daniel

Front Spring Pads (aka coil spring shim or coil spring insulator):
There are no variants for pad thickness. Only 2 part numbers are available:
A 212 322 01 84 which is superseded by part number A 212 322 02 84
I have been able to find these under both part numbers online. However I was unable to determine the thickness of either nor the difference between the two. They are easier to find without the "A" in the part number.
Rear Spring Pads (aka Rubber Pad):
There are 4 thickness variants available:
210-325-01-84 = 5mm
210-325-02-84 = 9mm
210-325-03-84 = 13mm
210-325-04-84 = 17mm
Here is a picture of 210-325-01-84 (5mm). It is identified by the 1 nub on the edge of the inside lip.
1 nub = 5mm
2 nubs = 9mm
3 nubs = 13mm
4 nubs = 17mm
My 2016 came equipped with the 210-325-02-84 (9mm) pads. Here's a pic for comparison (note the 1 nub vs 2 nubs on the pad lips)
A little piece of advice - if you're going to change the spring pads, do yourself a favor and also buy part #A 212 326 03 77 (# 100 on the diagram "springs4" in post #4 above). It's a royal bear to get the rubber pad out of there. You'll need 2 of them.

would you know what lower spring seal is? is called out to replace it when changing springs?
also, as mine has the 5mm pad, is there any point to get a new one when lowering the car. I can use the existing one right?
thanks/
