Push button is no use. I removed mine.
My personal 2 cents , based on original KeyLess GO :
01. I don't like NOT being able to do position 1 ( ACC1 ? ) and CRANK/START with 100% certainty and fast. I guess I am old school and more mechanical than younger boys.
02. I don't like putting FOB key in my pocket when I drive or lay it down somewhere in the car, I like it to be in the Ignition key slot.
For my case, I have a driver , he may someday forgot that he has my car key in his pocket while driving and forgot to put it back in my home, when he goes home
03. The key FOB battery works more when using button..... I think.
04. I think it is easier to steal the car too if using push button mode. Someone correct me here , if I am wrong.
Imagine this, some smart thief got/intercept your key fob radio signal. Sure thief can touch the door handle ( Keyless GO ) and door open.
At the least when thief saw no push button on the ignition , he may cancel his plan ...unless he has spare push button and coded to specific to the car

If you have keyless-go, then you should have received the button as part of the delivery. Had it on my '11 and '12. If you bought the car used, you'll have to go to the dealer to have them code a new button to your car. It provides IR interface like the key but won't start the car unless a key's RF signal is detected.
Here is a video of my number 4 reason. I think the MB owner kept his push button installed at the iginition.

What is the VIN and where are you located? If you are in the US and it's a US E550. The short answer is no, not cheaply. Otherwise if you're in some other country with some other variant, then maybe depending on whether you have the keyless go option. If you have the keyless go option but you're missing the button, you can just buy the button. But if you don't have the keyless go option, it will cost you so much just for the door handles and all the keyless go parts that it won't be worth it, probably over 2k just in parts.

Perhaps he is asking about just the start button function, not Keyless-Go.
How is the Keyless-Go push button built? It has the function of turning it with the key but how does it work when you push it? Does a push advance the rotating switch each time you push it or is it computer controlled? If computer then I would say NO.

It's a simple button. It's not coded or anything, you can just buy any one on eBay. That's how I got mine and it works fine. Mine didn't come with one when I bought it used. About $15 on eBay. Only works if you have the feature. I think you could still plug it into the ignition of a car that didn't have that option, but it wouldn't really do anything if you press it. Most of the time the used car dealers either remove them so other people don't steal it, or people are stealing them or not including them when selling it and selling them on eBay...

Yet another OP fade to black. Silly post if he was just looking to purchase a push button
