My E class 350 2014 trouble

Merc 350 E clasd
2014 merc E class -- coolent problem
the coolest light was on , they added coolest light stayed on
they were going to do a flush but changed their minds
as they believed it was more serious , I called merc head office and auto nation
just wanting yo know if anyone has had a problem like this ??

You speak strange English, but so are lot of us 
coolant in transmission has only 1 way to get there >>> failed heat exchanger inside radiator.
So when radiator replacement is easy call, main question is can the transmission be flushed and saved?
Do you have any warranty?

They have the same problem of the auto transmission cooler leaking as the earlier cars. Usually, glycol contamination of the clutch material in the transmission ruins them, you MAY be able to flush it several times and get no chatter or harsh shifting, but sadly if you do continue to get poor shifting, the only fix is a replacement of ALL the frictions in the trans.
