No Sound from Speakers
I’ve posted before where the sound just cut out while I was driving on the highway and out of no where the sound went out while playing the radio.
I just swapped out the AMP with another one and still nothing. I did a hard reset and even set factory settings to the radio. I honestly don’t know what else could be causing this. Does anyone have any ideas? I’ve checked every single fuse and relay. Batteries are good and healthy as well.

OP needs to update profile to show what year his W212 is. If it is before 2016, there should be an engineering menu that allows a diagnostic test of the audio system components IIRC?

2014 E350. I went into the engineering menu and found nothing with the diagnostic test.

The 2014s are the ones known to short/melt the wiring in the HK system. No weird smells or anything?
Have a look here for engineering menu screen shots:

I also found that the amp i purchased off of eBay is a 9055 model and the model I have is a 9056. Literally the same shape and everything just different model. Not sure if that’s a problem or not.
