Low beam bulb keep blowing

does it blow immediately, or when you're driving ? assuming it doesn't blow immediately, is it the same brightness as the other side? does it flicker when you hit rough roads and/or bumps ?

it blows immediately. I ordered wiring harness cause the wire are exposed and I guessing that is causing it to short out.....

What type of bulb is it?
I am guessing HID... A regular bulb would not blow immediately over basic 14VDC.

Sorry, but if you have halogen lights, I will have to disagree on it being the "wiring harness." The wiring only brings power to the bulb. Wire, in itself, cannot "blow" a bulb. Only the power carried by that wire can blow the bulb. Measure the voltage at the terminals. For a halogen bulb, the voltage should only be somewhere between 12 and 14 volts. If it is within that range, the voltage cannot blow a bulb. If it is higher, it can. If the voltage is higher, you may be trying to use the wrong type of bulb.
If you do have high-intensity-discharge lights, DO NOT try to measure the voltage, as it will be very high and could shock you severely! If you have HID lights, you may need a new ballast (power supply) for the light.
