W212 E200 M274 gasoline / OBD fault code
- P0463 (Fuel tank level sensor, high input)
- P0627 (Fuel pump control circuit open)
- P2068 (Fuel gauge tank sensor B circuit high)
- U0100 (data bus ECM 'A' no communication)
- U0111 (data bus battery energy control module 'A' no communication)
- U0168 (WORNING system control module no communication)
It's not on MIL light just found a fault code. So It is running normally till now.
My opinion is that the fuel pump control module is broken.
I ask the following questions:
1) Can I drive for a while in the fault code state?
2) Is the fuel pump control module faulty? or other problem? (I'm not an expert, so I haven't disassembled it yet.)
If you possible I need your feed back.
Thank you

-- Try to reset these codes once and see if they come back after driving.
-- You can *not* directly say that your pump controller is bad (likely not). These codes mean:
- Your fuel gauge is innacurate
- Some COMs are disrupted
Armed with that knowledge you can go poke around your fuel pump, fuel gauge sender etc.. located under rear passenger seat. Is this M274 a direct injected engine with a dual pump setup?

These are faults classified as "Stored" Because The error code is detected, but there is no engine check light.
And I don't know why, but I can't clear the error code.
As far as I know, M274 is a direct injected engine (Modification 212.034 / VIN WDDHF3EB9FB106902)
I'm not sure if it's a dual pump setup or not. (I searched SSG ASIA.. but I couldn't find...)
Thank you

There is a good chance these STORED codes are plain old... as in last time you experienced a low starter battery.
If these codes don't show up after a driving period (1 day, 1 week, 1 tank) you may totally ignore them or not...
These codes will hardly ever be "current" because of what special conditions is causing them. This does not mean the issue is gone ve ause you're still in the same ballpark with everything ready to actup again.
> CODES FROM HELL l!!
Having a "Direct injection" engine here means Lo + Hi pressure pumps are in use.
The low pressure pump NOISY wiring is ridiculously bundled with the fuel level sensor.
When the fuel sender voltage is low, the electromagnetic PWM noise from the 3-Ph. pump wiring drives glitches into the rSAM where fuel sensors are directly connected.
It then detects erroneous situations that are non-real because it is acting upon wrong data.... DTC from Hell

> RESET:
To increase your chances these codes will reset, go into each faulty module to submit a reset command directly within each module after reading codes.
>Avoidance tip:
Ensure your main battery is well charged to prevent marginal voltage conditions.
Hope this help you understand that fault Codes are not simple action messages. Using a scanner only provides insight on the car status, not fixes.

you are getting the exact same set of codes as the original poster from a year ago?

are these codes 'stored' or 'active' ? if you clear them, do they come back ? If these codes are 'stored', it means they were transient events from the past, probably from a low battery event.
