Angry Need help solving Headlight Issues

I recently purchased a car I have been looking for ever for. A 2016 E250 Fully Loaded.

It has Distronic Package, LED Package, Premium Package, AMG Exterior Package, and everything else besides massaged seats.

I have a week's permit to solve the headlight issue and cant seem to figure out what the problem is.
It has the Intelligent LED System headlights.

The Drivers side:
DRL do not come on,
Blinker does not work,
Side marker not working,
High beams not working,
But when I switch the lighting to ON the two beams in the middle come on.
Buzzing sound coming from the headlight even when car is off for a while, than disapears (I assume its the motor inside but why its moving when off im not sure.

Passengers Side:
Blinker works,
DRL works,
High beams not working,
But the two beams in the middle do not work.

I would hate having to replace both headlights as they are quite expensive, I'm wondering if there is a fuse that could've burned out or a module I need to replace. Or how I can diagnose this. Image files too big and cant upload, google drive link with attached pictures and video: Link to Images and Video
I took off the bumper and removed both headlight units, used some electrical cleaner and a brush to clean out the connections, I noticed on the DRS the plug had some corrosion. Cleaned it all out and plugged it back, nothing changed, i took out one both modules from the DRS headlight to inspect but there is nothing i could see there.

It's most likely a bad voltage regulator but can also be a lighting module or one of a myriad of things. The best thing you can do to save yourself time, frustration and lots of cursing is to have the dealer or an indy shop run a diagnostic with official Xentry

If you have access to a laptop with Xentry and internet, contact Alexander Hallenberg through Skype. It took him about 5 minutes to diagnose mine remotely

He's in Germany, so be aware of the time zone difference

I was looking into purchasing a Xentry, are they all the same or which one would you recommend?

Alexander might be able to sell it to you and install it

Holy crap I solved the issue. It was a blown 20A fuse in the trunk fuse box. Man am I happy I don't need to replace any headlights. They work as they should. I have not tested the adaptive high beams or turning features. But they are good enough to get Safetied. I know the P.S. Headlight unit was replaced. Do I need to bring it in to someone and have it coded so they function together or something? And is there anything else I can check?

So all my main problems have been resolved with that one fuse, and managed to pass safety. But I just noticed that the High Beam does not turn on on the Passenger Side, this also happens to be the headlight unit that was replaced. Can this be because they have most likely not been coded to work together with yet or is it faulty module?

For ILS LED, high beam is not a true separate "bulb/LED" , it is a motorized movement of the LED module aiming higher , that is all.

See attached RAR/ZIP, look at : RIGHT HEADLIGHT - stiched & labeled.jpeg
On the very left side of the jpeg, that I believe is the motor M1 responsible for High Beam aiming higher.
Unfortunately if you want to do bi-directional test or checking the headlight is properly configured or not...., you need Xentry and coding will also be done by Xentry if needed.
Since I never go beyond bi-directional headlight test on Xentry, because my naughty Xentry passthru is not a full blown proper Xentry capable of coding, I can't comment if your
problem headlight is still missing coding parameter or not. I have a feeling it is not coding issue if only a high beam problem you have.
My naughty Xentry passthru probably can tell if headlight configuration is not done, but I can't code the headlight.

This is an example of a newer 2017 LED of W213 light coding using a proper Xentry.

This is coding using high end Autel, on a 2015 LED of C300
Mid level Autel can't code mercedes headlight...example my Autel.

Hopefully someone who has the complete knowledge on these lights and its coding/programming requirement will chime in.

Good luck.....
