Car won't start

Tried to unplug battery to flash computer but no luck.
Have icarsoft scanner for Mercedes v3. ?!???!
What is your iCarsoft telling you...??
I think you may have a chance for quick success with a proper ECU reset... but first scan this vehicle to hear what it has to say

BTW: "no crank".... check your main battery is not discharged below 11V.

Under icarsoft a ton of faults set off.
I went to do the trans adaptation and it sounded like it was moving around to them all fine but I will run all the codes again and list them off
"The icarsoft tons of faults" are there to help you, don't ignore all of them... most but not all

A combination of these faults may help you understand why you're stuck with "no crank", if that is still the case.
The Ignition switch + Transmission + ECU + Cluster all checkup on each other's coding to help prevent stollen parts from being sold. A cottage industry has grown around virginizing worthy junkyard parts.

I adapted the the transmission/ecm but my battery died I finally got it to crank but not enough juice. Will try again shortly. While sitting with key at position 2 my steering wheel is moving on its own here and there. Car is on 4 drive up jacks.

Sounds like you're almost there: car now wants to crank, no major codes in powertrain, ignition
A happy Sat. then ✌️

Always use clean DC power supply or equivalent at minimum 15 amps when scanning the car with scan tool.
Low voltage is bad ( can produce error codes) for the electronics and more so when you try to do adaptation.
