Yes i have found the replacement but whats its strange to me is that i dont have neither incoming voltage to the connector.
What can it be ?

Be aware the SAM Module is smart enough to shut down line controls if it senses "no load" open circuit.

It is unlikely you have both an open electromagnetic clutch *AND* a bad line driver (mosfet or relay).

This test should help you confirm only your clutch coil is bad, right?
