Angry 2010 E350 Volume will not go allow me to turn up?

I have an 2010 E350 in GREAT CONDITION with a Harmon Kardon radio system that use to kick ***, now the speakers sound terrible as it does not allow me to put up the volume. I thought maybe I was not getting enough power source so I changed the auxiliary battery as well as the main battery(had a Benz mechanic program to the system letting it know there is a new battery) and still nothing, does anyone have any idea what going on, the amp or the antenna? I live in West Covina CA if you know anyone who can help me fix this please let me know.
Thank you!

well, the antenna would only affect the radio, and probably give you static or no reception, rather than lower volume. I assume you've tried multiple audio sources, like aux in, USB memory device, CD, or if supported, bluetooth audio?

does the volume knob work at all, like from nothing to too quiet ? Can you get into the audio equalizer in COMAND, and verify the equalizer channels are all set to 0dB and the balance and fader are both centered ? does playing with those while music is playing have any effect on what you hear?

I'm a lot more familiar with the NTG 5.1 version of COMAND that's in my 2016, which version is in a 2010 ? on most of them (all the later ones at least), the head unit in the dashboard has a fiber optics "MOST' digital connection to an amplifier in the trunk area (or under the rear deck of a wagon). This amplifier drives all the speakers . prior to 2016(I think), there's a second amplifier in the subwoofer, which also gets MOST fiber input, uin the 2016 version, they combined this into the same amplifier.

I think a first pass of testing would be to find that amplifier and check its power and ground when its 'on' to ensure its getting clean 12V

I'd need the VIN to your car to pull up the correct wiring diagrams, as there's so many variations. This one is for option code 811, and seems to ahve like 12 speakers, I'm thinking my Logic7 2016 has more than hat

this is a block diagram that shows the various sound options... dotted boxes U58 are for wagons/estates, while U57 are for sedans... I'm not sure what the code 810 vs code 811 refers to, which one is logic7, vs what other option there was. My 2016 Logic 7 has Code 810 ('premium sound system'), and code 531 (COMAND APS NTG 5/5.5)
