2014 E250
270,000

2014 E250, owned since new, just passed 270,000 miles. Still running great although I’ve notice a drop in MPG the last month, although that may be just winter diesel.

Congrats. Your W212 is officially broken in. Now go give it a wash and a pat on the hood.

That is fantastic achievement!
Enjoy while small diesel engines are still around.

Besides the amazing miles per gallons, what feature do you like most about driving a W212? Suspensions, brakes, smart electric steering, Distronic...

Congratulations.

You're well on the way to the next step in the MB High Mileage Award.

Congratulations. You finally got your engine broken-in.
When sedans are not used that much in USA, (although sow W211 diesel taxi in Vegas) There are lot of Sprinters going much higher.
Injectors at this mileage might need rebuild, so do smoothest test.
I also had HPFP failed on my I4 Sprinter close to 300k miles.
Seems lower engine is truly rated for a million miles.

Congrats now that is what I call a fully broken-in engine!

Did you get your first high mileage badge at 155k? Second one is coming up at 310k, at the rate you're going, probably just another year or so.

Nice to see your engine runs strongly even after piling up such high miles
Happy Driving

Owning since new is quite important as you know all the history regarding service and maintenance, which is crucial to keeping a car with high mileage and longevity!

As already pointed out, you should apply for the High Mileage Award (1st one at 155,000 miles).

Lastly, taking a pic of the mileage counter while driving at 75 mph can be somewhat 'dangerous' even when you have engaged the Steering Pilot. 😅
