Hello guys, i have mercedes e300 blutechybrid,
Every morning the error ( Reversing Not Poss, consult workshop ) was appear,
Gearbox goes to D \ P smoothly, but when i set to ( R ) it still goes to ( N ) AND i try 2nd and 3rd times till it goes to ( R )
any solutions !?

is it cause the error !?
Sure it can be also the problem, because the solenoids and valves which can make REVERSE gear and clutch engage is at the Valve Body + Conductor Plate Combo.
Usually the conductor plate is the one to go first...because it is electronic.
Get a proper scanner and report DTC
