Fixing the clicks, creaks and other interior noises
The clips that hold the side cushions can move in the slots, so can the clips that hold the rear seat.
I fixed them in position with a tube of silicone applying some to each end of the clip (arrowed)
The door panels have screws that secure trim parts and can work loose, so I tightened them all
There are loose cables and things floating around that need to be strapped down
I bought a roll of adhesive backed 10mm foam to cut in strips as required to hold things down or pad between things and the door panel
Some bracket type clips that hold the trim panels on roof lining at the rear need to be packed between the clip and the roof to stop them moving
I packed between the two bolt fixing of the door panel to the door with the 10mm foam
The bolts that hold the panoramic sunroof had worked loose and you hear a "crack" when going over bumps
I pulled the roof lining down to access the bolts and retightened them (there are Youtube videos how to do it)
I didn't use any thread locking glue though, I'd rather just retighten them again.
There are a couple of small screws tucked away that are easy to miss so take care that you have tightened them all

If you open up the Pano Roof control, you will find it there as one of the example.
I suggest you buy fleece type cable tape ( silencer ) from TESA too.
They have 2 types, one is silencer/fleece and one is abrresion resistance.
These two are what MB/BMW uses.
Pano roof bolts loosen is given and will happen. I thread lock them and now all good for the last 3 years.
If you do not already have the 2 special pano roof lubricant from MB, I suggest you get them and do it once per 2-3 years.
