2011 W212 - Whistling/Squeaking sound when accelerating
I am having a noise issue when I accelerate. Initially I thought it was brakes as it would squeak when I would brake. Took it to dealership, and it was resolved when they installed new brake pads and rotors.
Immediately after picking up my vehicle and driving it back home, I noticed the sound was gone when I would brake. But there was a new sound when I would accelerate and it appears to be coming from the engine. Took it back to the dealership twice now and they cannot seem to find the issue, but do acknowledge that there is a noise. They checked EVERYTHING and said it’s good, including all belts and pulleys. In fact they even lubed up the belts the 2nd time around thinking the noise would go away but it didn’t.
Attaching 2 short videos for reference of the sound which you can hear at the beginning as I begin to accelerate. It continues and never stops, but due to the size and length I cut the clips short.
ANY help is much appreciated.

But if you hear it, it is likely a vacuum leak somewhere. You don't have a turbo.

Not belt and not brakes...
PCV whistling?
The release to open the engine hood is located on the driver side. Perhaps better chance to hear and identify something there.
What's the mileage and service record???
🤞
Do you hear the noise when Park and free revving?
Do you hear it stalling the car up on the brakes?
I know how annoying it can be to track down sounds, I've been trying to nail one down for over a year.

Coincidentally, I am having the same issue again which appears to be coming from the rear rotors/brake pads.
