Do I have an AC issue?
I would need to record mine to compare to yours. To me, 1 C is border line freezing the evaporator, so it must be cooling well. Recall there a few sensors outside, and inside to keep the AC at the set temperature.

now look at other PID's with your scanner:
compressor clutch
A/C pressure
control valve rate

It is called HUMIDITY DEPENDENT setting.
Use your Launch to change it to FIXED 2C

.
Also change the radiator ( also condenser) fan speed "quietness" target to NO.

On a side note, on the topic of a/c so we were talking about nitrogen (I mean the liquid form) on the thread, I realized that is a good cooling agent to have when you don't use a/c (just kidding).
