3D "burmester" Speaker addition
Found this nice looking thing:

It looks nice but the price is a bit high and I can't comment on the quality.

Those do look nice and would match the face of the standard Burmester system but would they sound a little weird because doesn't the 3D Burmester system use different speakers or is tuned differently? I love the swivel effect of those speakers. With regard to price, to add it when building is $4,550 so for $400 for those 2 speakers seems like a decent price.

I was thinking for the other speakers. The standard Burmester system comes with 14 speakers whereas the high end 3D Burmester comes with 23. I don't know if it will work well with the other speakers.

I assume they just work like normal tweeters and hence would not cause any problems to your sound field. If you can change your regular tweeters (as some people have done) to after market tweeters I am sure you can use those too.
Somewhere I read that those pictured are OEM but I can't comment on that.
From that webpage:

Of note, the installation described an S class it might vary on the E class! I do think they look cool too.
