E43 aftermarket wheels

E43 aftermarket wheels
Do any of you fellow E43 owners have an aftermarket wheel setup on your car? I'm still on the hunt for a good set but I am having a hard time finding the perfect offsets and other examples to reference.
Please share your specs and experiences if any

Here are wheel specs.
The only set that I was able to test fit was the HRE FF01, the specs were as follows:
20x9 et.25 245/35/20 front - The fit was fine, and it cleared the front brakes.
20x10.5 et 35 275/30/20 rear - The fit was way to aggressive and the poke was to much for my liking.
Ive seen a good amount of w213 non-amg models with aftermarket wheels but I haven't seen many E43's. So its a bit tough to find the exact specs and fitment that would work.

Thanks for the link! I have all the OEM specs and everything already though. What I am looking for is more info about anyone who has fit a set of aftermarket wheels and what width/offset they went with, and how aggressive (or conservative) the fitment is.

Non AMG and the E43 share the same chassi specs, the wheels used for a non AMG can also be fitted to a E43.
The E63 however is a different deal.

FYI, here is another site where you can see the effects of changing wheel size and offsets (with or without spacers). Depending on your budget, wheel makers will do custom orders. Good luck.

Which brands even make wheels as strong as oem? I am very hesitant on aftermarket wheels after going through a few sets in the past. Every pothole would bend the rims...

Thank you. You nailed the rear fitment. It couldnt be better. I should mention that my rear wheels are 10.5 not 11 inch wide. The fronts should have been et 35 because they were just touching the calipers. Instead of ordering 5 mm spacers for the front, I just shaved the calipers down 1mm were they were touching only and re painted.
I also am running eibach lowering springs. I have the AWD but purchased the RWD springs. As it sits, the front is an inch too high in my opinion. Will probably cut half or a full coil. Still waiting for things to settle. But thank you again for being the guinea pig.
