2024 GLS 450 AMG Package 2024 GLC 43 AMG
air/balance package question
I have the air balance package in my 2017 E300. I have both the ionization and the fragrance selected and the HVAC system always in AUTO. I have noticed that both options shut off automatically after a few days and I have to go back into the settings and select them again. Is this normal or am I missing something?

I have it in my C300 and will have it in my E300 and I don't experience the auto shut off if you mean that the setting is actually setting itself to off. There's a few circumstances that affect when both "work". I notice for sure acceleration results in more of the scent coming out.

What are people using to refill their flacons with? I'm afraid of using the wrong thing and either causing a buildup inside the AC ducts, or worse, fragrances which damage the car's interior plastics like the Glade & similar ones do.

when i asked the dealer they had no idea what that could be and asked me to bring it in when it happens again. The problem is there is no code or anything and all the dealer does is they push the menu options and activate them and then tell me everything is working fine!

My 2017 E300 used to do the same thing - I always assumed it was a software issue, but I never did anything about it.
