Engineering mode for w213

Anyone knows how to access engineering mode for w213z
my head unit is audio 20 radio navigation compartible with NTG 5.1
(Mercedes E200)

but my Mercedes w213 E200 ,2016 has no system icon in it so how can I enable engineering mode, any body can help

If you read the entire thread started by Egonvdv (link above) you would know that engineering mode must be enabled via Xentry first.

i have alrady updated my car w213 e200 2016 through mercedes agent but still no system icon ,so what should i do later

If engineering mode has been enabled, the key command to enter engineering mode is "Phone HangUp" + "1" + "#" on the main headunit. If this does not work engineering mode is not enabled or you do not have NTG5.1.

thanks but unfrtunatly there is no way to press the numbers keys because there is no eithernumeric keys nor my screen is touchable so how can i enter the engineering mode?

You don't have NTG 5.1 that you said you did. Your MB dealer must enable engineering mode.

I enabled engineering mode via Vediamo at two units:
HU5es2 Audio20 w205/x253
and
HU55_Entry AUdio20 w213/c238
but no luck to enter

share if you know for sure how to get there (again: Engeneering mode is ON via Vediamo)

i have an W213 E Class with HU Update from 2018...

so can anybode say me how to activate engineer mode ?

I have Xentry and DTS Monaco.

I cant find DL_Switch_Engineering_Mode in HU55
