Use a vin decoder like datamb.com.

For that particular vin, it's a 2018 so that online database probably isn't as up to date. If you really want it, it'd cost you $75/year to use EPC-net which is MB parts and datasheet lookup site.

Decoding a VIN and getting a Data Card for a VIN are very different processes.
The latter requires a database access while the VIN can be decoded using a key.
This is an older list I happened to have.

Positions 1-3, World Manufacturer Identifier:

WDB Daimler-Benz (Daimler-Chrysler after 1999)
WDC Daimler-Chrysler
WDD Daimler AG

Position 4, model or series:

A W123
B W102 (also W107, SL class)
C W126 S-Class
D W201
E W124 E-Class
F R129 SL-Class
G W140 S-Class
H W202 C-Class
J W210 E-Class
K R170 SLK-Class
L W208 CLK-Class
N W220 S-Class
P W215 CL-Class
R W203 C-Class

A = Roadster (at least for the W107)
B = Long Body

On older models, this indicated the engine type, through much of the 1990's:

A = Gasoline
B = Diesel
D = 4Matic Gasoline
