How many people do we need to get a class action law suit. This is a total disaster by MB. They dropped the ball big time and they know it.
We need 40 or more people to file a class action lawsuit and it will be SLAM DUNK win.

Mercedes Me Connect is no better than the old Mercedes Me.
It's a good thing it is free, no one would pay for it.

Did you use the correct VIN?
What device do you have? Android or iPhone? Are you using the correct app for the 2019 cars? It's Mercedes Me Connect.
Did you create a user name and password before trying to connect your car?
If all of the above, does your app even e the car?
MB came up with a software fix but the frustration was awful. I made good use of my time as I negotiated a MB 5 year, 75,000 mile
Factory Extended Warranty which I insisted MB give to me on the house and they did.
After all, I had just spent a little north of $65,000 and I have bought more than 30 cars from MB over the past 25 years, so they gave me some peace of mind while they were working on the fix.
