Have it checked under warranty. One thing to check control module might have been incorrectly installed which could result in a kinked pressure hose when the seat is moved towards the rearmost and lowest position.

Just my $.02.
No one is in the passenger seat and the light is on - indicating no one is in the passenger seat!
Hope this helps

You should perhaps be thankful! I find this design very annoying. No-one is the passenger (left hand, in my case) seat most of the time, and yet I've got a bloody great orange warning light. I thought it was a fault for a while after getting the car. Then I realise it's "normal"...

So true! He/she also decided that showing a "journey duration" on the sat nav was unimportant as it's really easy to subtract current time from ETA in your head whilst driving.

I think dealer should be able to turn of/off that light. Should be something related to meet some kind of legislation. I have a C-class('16) and E-class('19) in México, both of them the airbag light is always off. No worries, you should be thankful

If your car is same like mine . The airbag light is always off , then I think it should be set by MB . I hope it is normal , not the functioning problem
