What happens when you set HVAC OFF, does the noise stop immediately or no difference ?
It could be engine radiator fan all the way up front
There is no sound when the air conditioner is stopped
The previous thread you had open about this topic ended HVAC flap actuators, then you opened this one and we end up with blower fan... but it has been lubricated already.
HVAC system does not have many moving parts.
Perhaps you have a center front channel speaker making noise...
Some things to ‘consider’: central air duct (30 in diagram), central right air vent (20), blower (310), fresh air motor (see attachment), or fragrance system i.e.: hose (150). Process of elimination.
