I mean, I keep telling myself this design will grow on me, I got to see it in person.
Over the years, MB cars' design has to grow on me but it eventually does.
Previously, the moment MB cars were revealed and I am like wow.

Seems like times has changed.

Why is the lighted area of the tail light so much smaller than the tail light lens? The tail lights looks like sometime bought from Ebay.

 

This may just be a US/Canada market complaint, but I'd rather not have lit-up old Dodge logos in my new Mercedes taillights. ;p

 

The new E class tail lights are almost as bad as the new Mini rear signal lights which is a light up arrow pointing in the wrong direction.

I guess but they want to represent themselves as British brand (well... used to) British brands are generally expensive ie. Rolls Royce and Bentley and Range Rover etc.
They want to um... fit in?

 

I don't know of a British owned brand. Range Rover is owned by Tata; Bentley is owned by Volkswagon; Rolls Royce and Mini are both owned by BMW.

 

I mean I know that... Used to be that Swedish owned a brand called Volvo they too not owned by Swedish now.

 

Careful...Mercedes is at least 20% Chinese owned...

I hate SUVs but that DBX 707 is on Powerball Wish List! Upgraded AMG TTV8 and old MB COMAND Infotainment.

 

If the factory is still in the UK, it counts as a British brand to me! Bonus British points if it's hand built in the UK.

 

Well I think I heard one of the billionaires bought like 9% stock and I think Geely bought Smart as well while BAIC owns like another 9% ish or something

 

A 2024 E53 Wagon would be nice in the USA
